Recently, hydrogen has been considered as the solution to the instability of renewable energy. Almost all the renewable energy can not be produced on demand as it depends on the weather.  Thus the movement toward the use of technology that converts renewable energy power into hydrogen for storage, transportation, and consumption is spreading worldwide. Hydrogen is likely to be an important clean energy resource after renewable energy.

We will provide integrated solutions for hydrogen production using latest PEM, Alkaline & Solid Oxide electrolysis technologies, hydrogen (compressed gas and liquid form) storage and handling, fuel cell technologies and dispensing / precooling system covering every step in the hydrogen value chain from production and processing through storage and transportation to end applications.

H2 End Application

Union Energy commissioned SJ to develop its energy transition pathway, to transform the current fuel station from supply of traditional fuels into a green and sustainable multi energy station, including on site H2,generation using electrolysis, storage and distribution, on Renewables & BESS, H2 fuel cells and H2 dispensing infrastructure amongst others.

Nippon Koei conducted feasibility study of installment of hydrogen energy and supply chain development in Latin America and Japan

Solution provided:

  • Review Energy policies, systems and plans (positioning of hydrogen), power supply development plans

  • Investigation of the potential to establish a hydrogen value chain

  • Simulation and verification of a demonstration supply model of hydrogen energy derived from renewable energy to buildings and heat supply facilities

  • Wiring and connection methods for electrical and mechanical equipment at energy supply sites including methods to eliminate hydrogen retention in the building
